Returns & Exchanges

If there is a defect with the product received from mi State of Mind at the time of delivery, the item(s) may be returned for a full refund. Please send the item to us at the address below and include a note stating what the issue is with the item. You will receive a refund for the defective product(s) as well as return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, please send the item to us at the address above (preferably in the box it came in) with a note stating what new size is needed, and we will then ship the new size to you at no added cost.

Standard Returns

To return allowable items for a full refund, please either bring or send in the item to us at the address above (preferably in the box it came in) with either the order confirmation included or a note with the order number. If shipping, please also include a note stating a refund is requested. We will refund the items upon receipt absent any damage to the item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

Returns of sale/clearance items and food/drink items are not permitted.
